Chief of National Police, Director General of Accociation of Icelandic Insurance Companies and Njall Hardarson the owner of Crimeonline, sign the agreement to implement the program.
Police and all non lifeinsurance companies in Iceland sign a contract in Reykjavik Iceland on the 14th. of June 1999 to fight crime, extortion, insurance fraud, theft, fencing and burglaries using the Crime-On-Line system nation wide.
