The user simply logs onto Crime-On-Line´s home page on the Internet at "http://crimeOnline.info" and receives a free password after filling out a simple form on the system where he types in his e-mail address and his/her name. (Note that the e-mail is important as the password is sent to that address)

CrimeOnLine now issues that e-mail address with a FREE password for later references. The FREE password will arrive momentarily by the e-mail supplied and the user can now start to use the system searching for goods. By supplying the e-mail address the user is known to the system for later access and if he/she has any goods listed to allow that person to look up those goods (to make changes or add more goods). The user will receive an e-mail warning immediately upon someone finding or searching his/her listed goods or when anyone else looks up their goods and so on.
